8 September 2008 – National Day Nurseries Association (NDNA) today responded to the Early Years Commission report ‘The Next Generation’ and said that whilst the report raised some interesting and relevant points about the importance of supporting children in their early years, it was important to recognise that childcare is already playing a key role in reducing inequalities and improving outcomes for children.
